As a people-centric company, our employees are our top priority, and we focus on nurturing an environment of support, learning and growth. We strive to contribute to and positively impact the stakeholders and communities we work with through various initiatives.

ComAp was founded by three friends more than 30 years ago and is still owned by the founders' families today. Its governance benefits from strong stability, coupled with a "start-up" and agile mindset that fosters innovation and excellence. Our vision is shared throughout the company, with each employee working towards the common goal of a more sustainable future.

CHP Annual Congress at the Dresden Congress Centre on April 15th/16th, 2026, for the 23rd time . At the CHP Annual Congress, we want to focus on decentralized CHP rather than power plant strategies . We believe that CHP plants with a capacity of up to 2,000 kW can make a significant contribution to achieving the energy transition. The energy transition, however, leads to many open questions regarding the use of CHP units – and to many challenges . But this also presents many opportunities for decentralized CHP systems. Within the framework of "CHP 2026," we will address these challenges and opportunities of the energy transition. Our presentations will focus on energy suppliers, energy service providers, and contractors, examine future topics in research and implementation, and address current issues in the legal field and district heating . But we will also venture to look beyond the obvious towards sector, coupling with electric mobility and the digitalization of the energy transition .
