We provide a 24 month warranty for our products to protect you against any potential issues and defects in material or manufacture that might occur during this period.

Warranty claim process

For products purchased through our distributors, please contact the distributor to resolve any warranty-related issues.

Filing a warranty claim is simple:

Check your device

Make sure your product is being used correctly before filing a claim and sending it to us.

Check the product to ensure that:

  • The wiring is correct
  • The product is being handled properly according to our instructions
  • Operating conditions conform to the specifications
  • You are using the most suitable firmware and configuration
This will prevent you from sending a functional product with no defect for repair. 

Create a ticket or contact our Technical Support

There are two ways to raise a warranty claim: 

By creating a warranty ticket you get a better overview of your inquiry and can follow the review of your ticket step by step. You will also be informed in your account whether your device is still under warranty. 

Provide extensive information

Please provide as much information related to the product issue as you can. It will help us to know:

  • When and where the issue happened (e.g. during unpacking, during installation, in the field)
  • How long has the device been operating before the issue occurred (if applicable)
  • Wiring details
  • Any additional circumstances about the product issue 

The more information we get, the better we can understand the issue, and provide feedback faster. 

We'll walk you through the rest

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, potentially asking you for more details. Our typical response time is less than 24 hours.

We’ll instruct you on how to ship your device to us for assessment.

Afterwards, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of device assessment and potential subsequent repair or replacement.
